WHAT SERVICES DOES AGROINVESTING OFFER?
AgroInvesting promotes collaborative finance between people in a simple and safe way. To do this, it performs security controls to determine the identity of the people who make up the platform, protecting all parties against possible cases of fraud or identity theft.

WHAT IS A PROFESSIONAL INVESTOR?
They are those investors who meet certain requirements defined by AgroInvesting and who, given their condition, can access investment opportunities with different levels of risk and different returns. Among them, the history as an investor in AgroInvesting is considered, both for the amount invested and the amount of investments, as well as having the necessary financial knowledge to make investment decisions, for which your initial investment will be up to the sum of S /. 500,000.00
WHAT IS AN INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR?
They are legal entities that invest funds that are not their property, but rather that of the multiple people who have entrusted them with the administration of these funds. Your investments must exceed S /. 500,000.00 Institutional investors are private fund managers, mutual funds, banks, savings banks, family offices, etc. Institutional investors are subject to the rules set by the authority and apply policies that give more stability to financial markets.
WHAT ACTIONS ARE TAKEN IF A DEBTOR IS DELAYED OR DOES NOT PAY?
If a client is late in the payment of installments, default interest will be charged for the arrears that have been previously agreed in the financing contract, in order to compensate you as your creditor. The client will be managed by our Collections area, to obtain payment of the amount owed, and its non-compliance will be reported to the credit bureaus. If it is not achieved within a reasonable time, legal, extrajudicial or judicial actions will be taken to obtain the execution of the security or mortgage and after liquidating the asset, the return of the invested capital will be generated.
IF THE DEBTORS HAVE DELAYS IN THEIR DUTIES, IS ANY ADDITIONAL INCOME GENERATED FOR THE CREDITORS?
Of course. During the days that a debtor remains in arrears regarding the payment of his credit, he will be charged a penalty in delinquent interest. These late interest will be allocated to Creditors, net of expenses and commissions. The eventual gain from default interest is not contemplated in the projected yields of the loans granted reported at the time of evaluating the realization of the loans.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN A MAXIMUM LEND THROUGH AGROINVESTING?
There is no established limit to lend in AgroInvesting, as long as the amount invested is reasonable with your assets and your total income. However, we suggest that you participate gradually to more efficiently apply your resources. You can participate in financing requests depending on the product:

Profile C: Involves a medium risk
Profile D: Involves high risk

IF THE DEBTORS I LOAN TO DO NOT PAY THEIR FEES, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

DO I HAVE TO PROVE WHERE THE MONEY I AM GOING TO LOAN COMES FROM?

WHAT IS A NEGOTIABLE MORTGAGE OR TCHN?
The TCHN is an individual security that links a credit inseparably to a real guarantee, that is, a unilateral mortgage, where the issuing entity is the Office of Public Records SUNARP at the request of the owner, being that, once issued, the The property will have the registry entry where the mortgage is recorded, requiring for its extinction that only the aforementioned security not endorsed or duly canceled be presented to the Public Registries.
In order to stimulate and have quick access to credit, the TCHN constitutes an unprecedented security in our legislation that will facilitate investment and financing from a legal point of view and this is protected by the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING THE TCHN?
It constitutes an exclusive mortgage right, since it can only be issued when the property is free of charges and encumbrances, with which the first endorsee is certain that his credit is guaranteed by a first and only mortgage rank, since the mortgage guarantee that is constituted on the property will be exclusive, that is to say, only one mortgage may fall, which will be the one represented in the TCHN.
The agility in the transmission, since nothing prevents the creditor from being able to transfer his right through the endorsement. The fulfillment of the guaranteed credit, since the creditor has more possibilities to collect his credit, since in case of auction of the property and the amount is insufficient, the holder has the power to go through an exchange action back against the first endorser for the remaining balance.

The extrajudicial execution, since said agreement can be included, freeing the endorsee from the process of its realization in the judicial way, as well as successive calls for new auctions, publicity through notices, etc; In this way, through a financial institution or entity authorized by the SBS, it can be settled as a direct sale and the creditor will obtain his funds (Capital and Interest) in less time than the traditional process.
Responsibility only of the first endorser, in effect, the subsequent endorsers do not assume joint and several liability against the new acquirer or holder, that is, the only one obligated to pay the credit is the first endorser, which is why the owner of the asset must be his time the debtor of the secured credit.
CAN I USE A TRADITIONAL MORTGAGE GUARANTEE INSTEAD OF THE TCHN?

DOES AGROINVESTING GUARANTEE THE REPAYMENT OF CREDITS?
